Shipping Policy

All products will be shipped within 1-5 business day unless otherwise stated, pre-sale and customized items require an additional 10-20 business days for processing.

We offer free shipping over $59 USD (US only, excl. Puerto Rico).

Puerto Rico (U.S. Territory):

Standard shipping – $28 USD
Express shipping – $37 USD

Delivery Time=Processing Time+Shipping Time

For example, if you order a shirt, it will need 1-5 business day of processing time and 9-15 business days of shipping time (standard shipping ). Therefore, you are expected to receive it in 10-20 business days.

Please note that transit times do not include weekends and holidays.

 

Delivery Time Exceeded

Delays in international shipping may occur due to external conditions. If your order is affected, please contact us at service@pulsemega.com. We will follow up with the carrier promptly. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.

 

Order Cancellations

We can cancel the order for you if you contact us in time after your purchase. If your payment finished and the parcel is not shipped out, you can cancel your order before your item’s delivery. And we will refund full of your money.
Orders can't be canceled once the parcel is shipped out.

About Tax

In seldom cases, orders may be charged the customs fees by your government, not our site, you will be responsible for the charges. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we have no control over the customs authorities in your country or any other.
